LGC Hospitality is looking to fill an Entry Level Account Manager position at our Indianapolis office! Skill Level: Entry-Level Compensation: Starting at $720/week. -- We offer rapid advancement opportunities and raises based on performance! Job Type: Full-Time, Internal Schedule: 40-hour work week to include evenings and weekends depending on business needs. Must have the abiility to travel for events. Staffing Duties: - Recruiting new temporary and temp-to-hire candidates via online job posting and attending job fairs - Interviewing candidates to fill part- and full-time Hospitality positions at the request of our clients - Communicating regularly with our clients to determine staffing needs - Placing employees at job sites and assignments based on experience and skill level - Managing employees by replacing call-offs, collecting time sheets, and terminating if necessary - Selling our company and services to both potential clients and candidates What You Bring: - A passion for helping candidates find great jobs - A drive to build relationships with our clients to best suit their staffing needs - A personal goal to grow within the company, as we only promote from within! - Leadership skills and the ability to maintain control in any situation What We Look For: - Hospitality Experience - Customer Service Experience - Management or Supervisory Experience - Ability and willingness to learn new programs and databases - Flexibility to work weekends and evenings based on business needs - Comfortable working on a computer with Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) - Access to reliable transportation (a car is needed to visit client sites) - Bilingual is a HUGE plus but not required!
