Summary Burnes International Group is on the lookout for motivated and professional Listing Agents eager to elevate their real estate careers. We are looking for agents with a focus on seller representation, exceptional skills in building client relationships, and a strong commitment to success. Our team offers comprehensive training, proven listing techniques, and continuous support to help you grow quickly , along with access to high- quality leads and opportunities to expand your personal client portfolio. Responsibilities * Listing Consultations - Meet with sellers to price, prepare, and list their homes for success * Marketing - Oversee professional photos, staging, signage, and digital marketing strategies * Lead Generation - Dedicate 4 hours a day to finding sellers via your niche (cold calling, expireds, referrals, social media, etc.). Team leads are also provided. * Client Communication - Keep sellers updated, manage showings and feedback, and provide a smooth experience * Accountability & Coaching - Meet bi-weekly with leadership to review goals and strategy * Negotiation & Closing - Represent sellers through negotiations and manage the contract to close process Qualifications * Active Texas Real Estate License with TREC * Experienced or eager to specialize in listing homes * Strong communicator with great follow-up skills * Organized, confident, and professional with sellers * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to coaching About-our-team Burnes International Group is a fast-growing real estate team based in San Antonio, built for agents who want more than just a place to hang their license.
