Arco Lawn Equipment is seeking a highly capable Sales Associate. This person is the first point of contact for all people looking to buy new lawn equipment at our dealership. Responsibilities and Duties - Act as the primary contact for customers in the sales department - Handle customer inquiries and be an expert in our equipment offerings - Apply up-sell techniques and encourage related accessories sales - Ensure daily operational activities are completed each day - Resolve basic customer issues and problems - Work with management to improve overall performance of sales department Qualifications and Skills - Prior experience in equipment or similar sales - Highly motivated, great people skills, positive attitude - Self-starter and problem-solver mentality - Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment - Advanced computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems - Strong organizational and time management skills - Physically fit and able to keep a fast pace - Experience in a similar service business highly preferred - High School Diploma.
