Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Construction Business Development and Sales professional to lead our growth initiatives within the commercial construction sector. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive strategic sales efforts to expand our market presence. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be essential in positioning our company as a trusted leader in commercial construction projects. Duties * Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new commercial construction projects. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry partners through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. * Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Sage CRM to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with senior management to create targeted campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility in the commercial construction market. * Coordinate with project management teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with project scope, timelines, and budgets. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development and sales within the commercial construction industry or related fields. * Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals effectively. * Knowledge of project management principles and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. * Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to the construction sector to support lead generation efforts. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences. * Local knowledge of market and major property owners, building management firms, and architects with a track record of building long term relationships.
