The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in B2B sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business development, managing customer relationships, and contributing to our company's growth. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and in-person inquiries from potential clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities effectively
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company objectives

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
