What You 'll Do As a Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to guide them through important comfort decisions: * Design customized heating, cooling, and IAQ systems tailored to each home and customer * Perform comprehensive home comfort surveys and system evaluations * Complete load calculations, duct inspections, and air quality assessments on every visit * Clearly present system options, pricing, financing, rebates, and available tax credits * Handle all required paperwork, documentation, and payment collection * Capture photos of existing systems and conditions for accurate system design * Create precise equipment and materials lists for seamless installations * Coordinate temporary heating or cooling solutions when needed * Confidently explain all warranties, guarantees, and system benefits * Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Why You 'll Love Working at Thermo Direct We invest in our people because when you succeed, we all succeed.
