Full description of the position

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tradeshow Sales Manager to lead our presence at industry events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, visually savvy, and comfortable working cross- functionally with sales, design, production, and operations teams.

Duties
  • Tradeshow Planning & Execution
  • Plan and manage all aspects of wholesale trade shows, including booth layout, setup, breakdown, and on-site execution Sales & Wholesale Support
  • Partner with sales reps and internal wholesale teams to ensure line sheets, samples, pricing, and order tools are fully prepared
  • Assist with showroom flow and customer experience during high-traffic periods
  • Track buyer attendance, new account leads, and follow-up opportunities Logistics & Operations
  • Manage sample logisticsand inventory tracking
  • Coordinate freight, storage, and show-to-show transfers
  • Ensure samples are organized, merchandised correctly, and maintained throughout each show
  • Oversee post-show sample returns, repairs, or redistribution Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to execute seasonal merchandising strategies
  • Ensure garments are steamed, styled, and presented according to brand standards
  • Maintain a clean, elevated, and on-brand showroom environment Post-Show Analysis & Follow-Up
  • Compile post-show reports including sales performance, buyer feedback, and market trends
  • Track orders, revisions, cancellations, and follow-up action items
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future shows and wholesale strategies
  • Coordinate show calendars, applications, contracts, and deadlines for regional and national markets
  • Manage show budgets, cost tracking, and post-show ROI analysis
  • Oversee booth visuals, signage, mannequins, racks, and branded collateral to ensure cohesive brand presentation
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in fashion wholesale, trade shows, or sales operations
  • Willingness to travel is a must
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of apparel wholesale calendars, samples, and order processes
  • Ability to manage sample logistics and on-site organization
  • Strong visual merchandising and brand presentation sensibility
  • Comfortable supporting sales teams and interacting with buyers
  • Proficient in Excel and wholesale order systems (ERP experience a plus)
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced market environments Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with equivalent industry experience Pay: $53,236.36 - $64,112.60 per year
