With over a decade of experience in podcast development, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic sales team. Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Representative Job Location: Cleveland, OH (Downtown) Onsite Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 base depending on experience Job Overview We are looking for motivated Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospects to sell advertising and sponsorship opportunities across our extensive network of nearly 300 shows. Additionally, you will promote our industry-leading podcast production services, which have been honed over a decade of excellence. No prior experience is required, though a background in sales or customer service is a plus. Key Responsibilities Prospect Engagement: Identify and connect with potential clients to promote advertising and sponsorship opportunities within our network of shows. Sales of Production Services: Introduce and sell our best-in-class podcast production services to clients seeking high-quality content creation. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including network management, advertising operations, finance, marketing, and partner management, to understand the business and deliver tailored solutions to clients. pg. 1 Development Program: Participate in a comprehensive six-month training program to gain exposure to network operations, sales verticals, and other key departments. Qualifications Experience: No prior experience required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. o Eagerness to engage with clients and build relationships. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
