Customer and Sales Support Specialist A growing company is seeking an Inside Sales Support & Customer Service professional to support multi-family projects and day-to-day customer operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating orders, deliveries, and installations. Key Responsibilities: * Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and invoices * Coordinate deliveries and installations with customers, project supervisors, and installation teams * Support quoting for products and installation services * Assist with warranty service scheduling and replacement parts * Provide freight quotes as needed * Serve as backup support for single-family orders * Communicate daily with customers, sales, delivery, and installation teams * Handle basic filing and administrative support Qualifications: * Customer service or inside sales experience * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused Why Apply: * Stable role with variety in daily work * Supportive, collaborative team * Opportunity to grow inside sales and project coordination skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Customer Service in an office setting : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
