Logistics Relationship Manager (Sales + Operations) Scottsdale, AZ | In-Office | Full-Time Pay Range: $45,000 -$65,000 (Base + Commission) Who We Are Fitzmark is a fast-growing freight brokerage that does logistics differently. The Role (What You 'll Actually Do) As a Logistics Relationship Manager , you'll build and manage your own book of business from the ground up. This is a high-energy role that blends sales, problem-solving, and relationship management in a fast-moving industry. You'll learn how to: * Prospect and win new customers (phone + email) * Negotiate freight rates and solve real-world problems * Manage customer relationships and daily shipments * Think on your feet and make confident decisions * Build skills that translate to sales, leadership, and business ownership No logistics experience? What a Typical Day Looks Like * Making outbound sales calls and emails * Talking with customers about their shipping needs * Solving time-sensitive logistics challenges * Negotiating rates with carriers * Managing multiple shipments and platforms * Competing with yourself to get better every day This is not a sit-back-and-wait job.
