Sales Representative - Travel Industry In-Office | Orlando, FL Turn Conversations Into Vacations! • Engage with customers by handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss exciting promotional vacation offers
• Present and sell deeply discounted or complimentary vacation packages over the phone
• Assist guests with questions about packages they've already purchased and their upcoming travel plans
• Clearly explain accommodations, transportation, promotions, and premium options
• Confirm reservations and package details with accuracy and professionalism
• Handle escalated calls and resolve concerns with confidence and care
• Re-engage guests to help secure preferred travel dates aligned with company goals
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while working collaboratively with teammates and leadership What We 're Looking For
• 4+ years of customer service, call center, sales, or related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Excellent time management with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to analyze and interpret information to provide accurate solutions
