Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
• 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to engage clients and follow up effectively
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Creative, solution-oriented, and highly organized
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience in jewelry and wholesale is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting with sales activities, client follow-ups, and lead nurturing
• Supporting the sales team during trade shows and key events
• Traveling to trade shows as needed
• Ensuring accuracy throughout the sales workflow
• Providing exceptional customer communication & support
• Analyzing sales data and performance metrics (training provided)
