Compensation

: Competitive base + UNCAPPED commission + growth incentives and renewal commissions based on meeting metrics.

Overview

As an Insurance Agent, you'll be the frontline advocate for our clients-- guiding them through coverage options, building long-term relationships, and ensuring their needs are met with care and clarity. You'll thrive here if you're passionate about people, proactive in your approach, and energized by a culture that values integrity and growth. Leads will be provided but the most successful will begin to augment their pipeline with their own pipeline over time. Your success is the agency's success!

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and personalized service
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage gaps, and renewal strategies
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using our CRM and workflow tools
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and elevate client experience
• Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and product offerings
• Represent the agency's values in every interaction--with clients, partners, and peers What We 're Looking For
