Job Summary We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, explaining the functionality of Murphy beds, and guiding them through the design and purchase process. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and eager to learn the technical details that make our products unique. Duties * Greet and engage customers in the showroom and over the phone. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Murphy bed models, finishes, and configurations. * Explain product functionality, features, and customization options. * Create and present detailed quotes and proposals. * Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales orders. * Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure orders are clearly communicated and scheduled. * Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. * Stay knowledgeable about new products, materials, and design options. * Help maintain a clean and organized showroom environment. Requirements * Previous experience in retail, or showroom * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Experience in account management and territory sales is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. * A background in marketing or retail sales is beneficial but not mandatory. * Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and product demonstrations.
