Full description of the position

Our Relentless team is growing, and with client demand not slowing down, we are excited to welcome an AT&T Sales Representative to the team. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in engaging in person with prospective customers and facilitating the sales process into various wireless service programs. You will introduce AT&T's latest products and services to families across the SoCal area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to sharpen their leadership skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: * Engage directly with potential customers at their residence through interactive sales presentations. * Assess and identify eligible customers to enroll in various wireless and internet programs. * Present the benefits and features of available wireless and internet services to potential customers, explaining program details and eligibility criteria. * Lead and support the enrollment process, ensuring customers understand all necessary documentation and program steps. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach efforts and program implementation. * Stay current with changes to available promotions and service offerings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided. * Track and report on performance metrics, ensuring goals for outreach, enrollments, and customer satisfaction are met. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework is highly desirable, but not required. * Experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus. * At least some experience working in a customer-facing role. * The ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations. * You are comfortable thinking outside the box and problem-solving with a smile. * You enjoy a challenge. * You can start immediately and work full-time hours. Job Overview * Job setting: In person, face-to-face in the Long Beach and Orange County region * Compensation: Commission-based -- average earnings range from $80-$155 per unit sold, with most employees completing at least one sale per day Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $700.00 - $1,950.00 per week Work Location: In person
