As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in engaging in person with prospective customers and facilitating the sales process into various wireless service programs. You will introduce AT&T's latest products and services to families across the SoCal area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to sharpen their leadership skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Engage directly with potential customers at their residence through interactive sales presentations.
- Assess and identify eligible customers to enroll in various wireless and internet programs.
- Present the benefits and features of available wireless and internet services to potential customers, explaining program details and eligibility criteria.
- Lead and support the enrollment process, ensuring customers understand all necessary documentation and program steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of outreach efforts and program implementation.
- Stay current with changes to available promotions and service offerings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Track and report on performance metrics, ensuring goals for outreach, enrollments, and customer satisfaction are met.
Qualifications
:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework is highly desirable, but not required.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
- At least some experience working in a customer-facing role.
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations.
- You are comfortable thinking outside the box and problem-solving with a smile.
- You enjoy a challenge.
