This is a salary plus commissioned job and strong performance will be rewarded. Responsibilities * Research, develop & maintain a database of leads using a variety of sales programs provided by FASTSIGNS. * Consultatively sell a variety of signs & graphic products (product training provided), targeting large accounts. * Grow an existing database of accounts by cross-selling and being introduced to new buyers through existing contacts. * Make a large volume of phone calls and e-mails in order to generate appointments. * Perform site surveys, meeting with customers at their place of business, taking measurements and upselling additional graphics when possible. * Generate price quotes and follow up quickly. * Generate work orders with specifications for items that fulfill customers needs. * Work with the team to ensure projects are completed correctly and on-time. * Perform other tasks as required to complete projects and achieve customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Desirable Characteristics * Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. * 2+ years of B2B sales experience. * Proven success stories from previous sales experience. * Valid Driver's License with good driving record * Business-minded. * Understands the importance of quality, consistent customer service. * Motivated by money, but understands building a relationship for the sake of a long-term partnership is important. * General aptitude and mental ability to conduct outside sales. * Great attitude, good presence, and energy. Not afraid of rejection and makes people feel at ease. * Integrity and a strong work ethic. * Ability to multi-task independently with good follow-through.
