• Guide customers through a transparent, professional vehicle-buying experience
• Build relationships with new and returning clients
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and protection products confidently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Work collaboratively with management and support staff to achieve dealership goals What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales experience preferred, but not required--we train the right candidates
