This is a long-term, career-focused opportunity where you'll learn about puppy care, customer experience, and sales -- all while helping families find their perfect forever companion. This is not a temporary or seasonal role. We're looking for team members who want to grow, learn, and succeed with us. What This Role Is All About As a Pet Counselor / Sales Representative , you'll be client-facing and hands-on with puppies. You'll guide customers through the adoption process, build trust, manage leads, and help close sales -- all while ensuring our puppies receive excellent care. You'll receive training, support, and real opportunity to grow your skills and income. Primary Responsibilities Participate in a structured training program covering: * Puppy care & development * Sales fundamentals * Lead management & customer engagement * Greet and connect with customers in a warm, confident, professional manner * Help match families with the right puppy for their lifestyle * Follow up on daily leads and work toward closing sales * Maintain a positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude * Assist with daily puppy care and facility upkeep as needed * Apply training concepts consistently and adapt quickly What We 're Looking For * 18+ years old * Confident, outgoing communicator * Self-motivated and eager to learn * Comfortable with sales and customer interaction * Flexible schedule (weekdays & weekends; occasional early mornings or late evenings) * Team-player with a strong work ethic * Must genuinely love puppies and people No direct experience required -- we'll train the right candidate.
