Job Title: Salesperson at Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake Job Description : SIGNING BONUS UP TO $5,000 Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake is seeking a motivated and dynamic salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the sales process to make a purchase. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities : * Greet and guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience * Build rapport and trust with customers by understanding their needs and preferences * Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase our inventory * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties * Work with customers to determine their purchasing options and negotiate deals * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, promotions, and industry trends Qualifications : * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred * 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required. Automotive sales experience a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary and commission, health benefits, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
