A global Industrial Machine/ Tooling supplier is seeking an Entry Level Account Manger / Sales Representative to join their team in the Northern Kentucky area. This position is responsible for securing new profitable and sustainable customers, building strong relationships, and generating revenue. The company has been delivering industrial solutions to Automotive and other industries while providing the best choice of industrial machines and tooling. They value how to contribute to the society through providing opportunities to improve local and global scale of economy and community development. A bachelor's degree is required for this position. The products you will be selling are industrial machines and tooling. We are looking for someone who likes machines and tooling and is interested in learning both new and classic technology. Previous 1-2 years of machines or tooling sales experience is huge plus, but not required. We are also looking for candidates with minimum of Bachelor's degree in International Business or Business Administration, other related filed. Please note that your salary will be based on your experience in the Sales or Machine/Tools Sales experience. These skills will be determined and screen during the interviews phrases. Responsibilities for Entry Level Sales Representative: * Track and maintain inventory levels, purchasing, and shipping or other records * Contact customers/suppliers frequently to answer questions, resolve general problems, and provide/receive general information * Perform month-end closing reconciliation, vendor payment reports, accounts receivables reconciliation, internal transfers reconciliation, and provide audit support * Partner with customers to gather information on their needs, and offer tailored solutions * Consult with several levels of decision-makers and buying influences to understand customers' business challenges and supply chain goals * Maintain a strong commercial presence in the local marketplace, including participating or presenting at regional events * Collaborate with sales team to create and execute an implementation plan to effectively transition relationship management duties * Assist operations staff and for maximization of efficiency and profitability * Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales goals Qualifications for Entry Level Sales Representative: * 1-2 years of industrial sales experience (Preferred) * Bachelor degree in International Business or Business Administration, other related filed. * Ability to go on nationwide business trips * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 26 years.
