Overview

: We're seeking a friendly, confident and energetic Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people face-to-face. This role involves door-to-door introductions to homeowners, explaining who we are and offering a free tree estimate for those who are interested. You'll be the first impression of our company, helping us grow by generating new leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

:

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce A&A's Tree Service.
• Share information about our services in a clear and professional manner.
• Identify customers who are interested in a free tree estimate and schedule accordingly.
• Provide on-the-spot tree estimates when possible.
• Keep accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Compensation

:

• $20 per hour starting pay
• $50 bonus for every qualified lead you secure
• Additional $50 bonus if the lead turns into a booked job
