Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Convert pre-qualified leads * Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers * Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base * Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings * Set appointments * Sales talk mastery Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * Coachable * Good communication * Sales experience About Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
