The Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as both a market expert and career advisor , building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you) * Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit. * Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. * Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals. * Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability. * Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.
