We're hiring a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Portuguese preferred) to support our growing agency. This role focuses on Personal Lines P&C sales with opportunities to write Commercial and LHA insurance. Ideal for candidates who enjoy helping clients, closing sales, and building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Personal Lines, with additional opportunities in Commercial and LHA
• Handle new inbound leads, follow-up calls, and retention conversations
• Provide clear explanations of coverage options and pricing
• Maintain accurate client records across agency and carrier systems
• Deliver friendly, customer-focused service on every interaction

Qualifications

• Florida 220 or 440 insurance license
• Spanish bilingual encouraged, not required
• Experience in P&C sales a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
