Responsibilities Establish strong rapport with customers to identify the best plumbing products and services for their needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion. * Prepare accurate and detailed scopes of work and project documents for installation teams. * Confidently present plumbing solutions, pricing, and timelines in a clear and professional manner. * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions. * Promote customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. * Identify opportunities for improving department processes and contribute to team goals. * Requirements Proven track record in sales, plumbing service, or project management. * Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems. * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Confidence in presenting solutions and handling objections. * Ability to read and interpret plumbing codes, permits, and plans. * Familiarity with job costing, gross margin, and profitability analysis. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software tools (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required). * * Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
