Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Generator/TELEMARKETER SUPERSTATR to join our dynamic sales team! Are you a STAR on the phone, great with computers, and naturally friendly and confident? !!! DAILY/WEEKLY BONUSES AND COMISSIONS !!!! Proven experience in telemarketing IS A MUST! What You 'll Do * Make outbound calls using warm, high-intent leads, using strategies to introduce our products and services. * Negotiate appointment times that align with both the client's schedule and internal sales team availability. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update contact information, and track progress toward appointment goals. * Qualify leads through active listening and probing questions, ensuring appointments are with genuinely interested prospects. * Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed. * Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners.
