About the Role We are seeking a driven and highly organized Sales Administrator with a proven history of recent success in identifying, contacting and closing sales targets. This role requires full accountability for customer administration from initial outreach through successful startup, including meeting profit margin expectations and supporting strong customer satisfaction. The position works closely with sales leadership to pursue local and strategic opportunities while maintaining accurate and meaningful sales data that supports informed decision making. Key Responsibilities Local Sales Work * Pursue new business opportunities in the City of Industry and West Los Angeles area under direction from sales leadership * Build and maintain a detailed history of lead information including names, needs, service type and other essential data * Support sales activities as directed Strategic Sales Targets * Conduct marketing research as assigned and prepare findings for sales leadership and sales administration * Organize and enter marketing data into a CRM system (CRM experience a plus, we use HubSpot) * Assist in developing marketing plans, contacting strategic targets, gathering data and supporting assigned sales initiatives * Prepare structured information required for decision making, including: * Customer organizational structure * Likelihood of customers switching vendors * Business size and industry segment * Urgency of customer needs * Contact details for key decision makers Support for Sales Leadership * Provide strong analytical support and demonstrate an independent, self directed work approach * Ensure accurate data entry, market qualification and lead preparation * Deliver high quality customer service throughout the sales process Qualifications * Minimum of two full years of successful experience in a sales administration or sales support role, preferably in a service based industry with field operations * Proven track record of identifying and closing sales opportunities with responsibility for customer administration and successful startup * Experience in physical or contract security is helpful but not required * Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools * Excellent analytical abilities, organization and customer service skills * A degree in Business or a related field is preferred Why Join Us * Competitive hourly pay of $20 to $22.5 * Full time schedule with consistent hours * Direct collaboration with sales leadership * Supportive and growth oriented environment Apply Today If you are ready to contribute structure, insight and proven sales capability to a growing team, we would like to hear from you.
