THEMED ENTERTAINMENT - SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE ORLANDO, FLORIDA (onsite) Adirondack Studios (ADKS) is proud to announce that we are looking for an energetic, motivated, and solutions-oriented team player to enhance sales and build business relationships across North America. The Position: Are you a motivated, relationship-focused professional passionate about creativity and craftsmanship? ADKS is looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the Themed Entertainment industry, including themed attractions, immersive environments, theatrical productions, and real property developments. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities, develop proposals, and support the sales process from initial contact through project delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to contribute to the success of a world-class scenic fabrication company. Key Responsibilities: * Consummating Sales through: * Client Development & Relationship Building North America * Provide creative solutions and problem-solving expertise to clients * Proposal & Estimating Support Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Services in the Themed Entertainment industry with a background and understanding of Scenic Fabrication, Real Estate/Retail theming, or Live Events. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with creative and technical professionals. * Extensive experience crafting proposals. * Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive relationship builder. The Responsibilities: * Identify and qualify potential clients and projects within themed entertainment, theatrical, and experiential markets as defined by ADKS. * Enter and maintain accurate client and opportunity data in Salesforce or other CRM software. * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. * Prepare and coordinate proposals, RFP responses, and presentation decks that communicate ADKS's creative and technical strengths. * Collaborate with internal estimating and production teams to gather pricing, schedules, and scope information. * Close sales of qualified projects. * Ensure a smooth transfer from Sales to Project Delivery, ensuring a concierge-level of service beyond the contracting phase. * Monitor and observe the status of ongoing projects, assist in resolving client or internal team challenges that may arise. Collaborate with the Project Delivery and Accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and receipt of timely account receivable payments. * Participate in sales meetings and contribute to company-wide planning discussions. * Stay informed and up to date on the latest and emerging market trends, our competitors, and new opportunities in scenic fabrication and themed entertainment. * Travel throughout North America as needed for client visits, presentations, project support, trade shows, and conferences.
