Residential Sales Representative (Direct Hire) Raleigh, NC (Travel throughout the Triangle: Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro) $70,000 -$80,000 base + commission SUPERIOR SKILLED TRADES is partnered with a growing electrical services company seeking a motivated, customer-focused Residential Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building relationships, and closing sales while representing a trusted local brand. Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $70K -$80K + commission * Company vehicle , gas card, and cell phone provided * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * Employer covers 50% of health insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule * Monday-Friday * 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners , educating customers on electrical services, generating quotes, and guiding them through the sales process. You will travel locally throughout the Triangle area to meet with customers and secure new business. Key Responsibilities * Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online customer inquiries * Visit prospective residential customers and secure sales * Educate homeowners on services, pricing, and value propositions * Generate quotes, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities * Schedule appointments and coordinate with electricians and technicians * Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals * Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM system * Collaborate with management to meet sales goals * Deliver a professional, positive customer experience Qualifications * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred * Electrical installation or residential electrical experience strongly preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads * Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset * Knowledge of electrical or residential services is a plus (training provided) INDH 453TpJIrXQ
