Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Leasing Agent to support day-to- day leasing operations and deliver an exceptional prospect and resident experience. This role is responsible for driving leasing activity, maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and building strong relationships with prospective residents. The ideal candidate brings a balance of sales aptitude, organizational strength, and customer-focused communication. Key Responsibilities * Conduct engaging property tours and present available homes to prospective residents * Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, documentation, and qualification steps * Maintain accurate leasing records and prospect communication using CRM and property management software * Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing and company policies at all stages of the leasing process * Respond to prospect and resident inquiries professionally and assist with issue resolution * Partner with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units and common areas meet leasing standards * Support marketing efforts by assisting with leasing materials, promotions, and outreach initiatives Qualifications & Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service; leasing or property management experience preferred * Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Familiarity with facilities or property operations is a plus * Proven ability to handle resident concerns with professionalism and sound judgment * Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata or similar platforms Why Join Us Join a collaborative team where you'll help create welcoming communities while growing your career in property management and leasing.
