Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, self starter Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners.

Duties

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Generate leads and cold call prospective clients - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base - Manage and grow assigned territories effectively - Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets - Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve and retain customers -Create innovative social media and email marketing campaigns

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in business development or related field -Experience in the Insurance or Real Estate industry is highly desired - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Excellent communication and negotiation skills via phone and email - Ability to work independently and travel as needed thru out territory and industry conferences - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Understanding of territory management and business to business sales Job Type: Full-time Projected Total

Compensation

: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
