What You 'll Be Responsible For: High-Volume Calling & Prospecting * Manage a high daily call volume including inbound leads, database outreach, follow-ups, and warm prospecting, with a primary focus on outbound calls. * Convert leads from the existing database into qualified opportunities by identifying intent to buy or sell within 12 months and connecting those prospects directly with an Agent. * Ensure speed-to-lead standards are consistently met and exceeded. Database, Notes & Process Discipline * Maintain meticulous notes, timelines, and activity logs in the CRM * Ensure daily KPI metrics are met with precision to ensure a healthy pipeline of prospects for Agents. * Keep our database clean, accurate, and fully updated, ensuring agents and leadership always have clarity. * Follow defined systems and workflows while actively identifying opportunities to optimize and improve them. Agent & Leadership Support * Provide concise, informative handovers to agents so they can act quickly and confidently. * Support agents with CRM best practices, follow-up strategies, and accountability. * Track referral partner activity, provide timely updates, and ensure recognition is properly recorded and communicated. * Consistent training from the Director of Operations, Director of Sales, and through our internal training platform.
