Benefits/Perks * Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance and 401k * Paid time off and a rotational weekend schedule * On-the-job training with opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive, team-focused work environment Responsibilities * Contact customers pending cancellation (including underwriting-related) and work to resolve issues * Focus on reinstating canceled policies * Identify and assist at-risk customers before renewal to improve retention * Reach out to clients who complete NPS surveys and address any feedback * Promote programs that increase retention, such as autopay * Report weekly updates on cancellations, reinstatements, and key retention metrics Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in customer service, retention, or insurance preferred * Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service
