Job Summary Screen Medics is growing! We're hiring a Sales & E-Commerce Coordinator to split time between (1) inside sales & customer success (lead follow-ups, quotes, scheduling, customer check-ins) and (2) e-commerce growth (eBay listings, marketplace optimization, basic web updates). Some field sales. You 'll: turn warm leads into jobs, keep customers happy, and expand our online sales footprint. You are: organized, friendly on the phone, comfortable in HubSpot/CRM, and curious about online selling. Schedule: 40 hrs/week, on-site in Raleigh with some local travel. Comp: competitive hourly/base, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, paid training, PTO. Day-to-day * Call/email/text warm leads within 1 business day; book estimates and follow up until closed. * Own post-job follow-ups and reviews; re-activate past customers; manage nurture sequences. * Increase eBay/marketplace sales: listings, photos, pricing, promotions; track sell-through. * Light website updates (new products/promos), coordinate with marketing/IT as needed. * Maintain CRM hygiene: stages, notes, close reasons. Must-haves * 1+ year in inside sales, CS, or e-commerce; strong writing/phone skills; Excel/Sheets basics. * Driver's license for occasional customer visits; able to lift/lightly handle product for photos. Nice-to-haves * eBay Seller Hub, Shopify/WooCommerce basics, Canva/photo editing.
