Job Summary

Screen Medics is growing! We're hiring a Sales & E-Commerce Coordinator to split time between (1) inside sales & customer success (lead follow-ups, quotes, scheduling, customer check-ins) and (2) e-commerce growth (eBay listings, marketplace optimization, basic web updates). Some field sales. You 'll: turn warm leads into jobs, keep customers happy, and expand our online sales footprint. You are: organized, friendly on the phone, comfortable in HubSpot/CRM, and curious about online selling. Schedule: 40 hrs/week, on-site in Raleigh with some local travel. Comp: competitive hourly/base, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, paid training, PTO. Day-to-day

• Call/email/text warm leads within 1 business day; book estimates and follow up until closed.
• Own post-job follow-ups and reviews; re-activate past customers; manage nurture sequences.
• Increase eBay/marketplace sales: listings, photos, pricing, promotions; track sell-through.
• Light website updates (new products/promos), coordinate with marketing/IT as needed.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: stages, notes, close reasons. Must-haves
• 1+ year in inside sales, CS, or e-commerce; strong writing/phone skills; Excel/Sheets basics.
• Driver's license for occasional customer visits; able to lift/lightly handle product for photos. Nice-to-haves
• eBay Seller Hub, Shopify/WooCommerce basics, Canva/photo editing. How we measure success (first 6 months)
• Lead response time < 1 hour during business hours
• 60% quote-to-close on qualified leads
• +25-40% growth in monthly eBay revenue; 2 inventory turns on featured SKUs
