If a homeowner calls you back a month later and agrees to the sale, you still get paid full commission. We have 5-star reviews on Google, HomeAdvisor, BBB, Guildquality, Angie's List, Facebook, and more. When people read our reviews, they know they are going to get a great experience! Plus, you get a company vehicle, gas card, and continual training What we expect from you: Be professional, act with integrity, and represent our company with class. We do not cut corners or sacrifice quality, and we expect you to do the same. This position is very flexible on scheduling but will require a weekly office meetings with the sales team. Leads: 180 Contractors will supply you with leads. These are leads of people who called us or messaged us and are looking for an estimate, or direct matches from Angie's List or HomeAdvisor indicating they want a quote. You are not limited to just our leads. If you see an apartment building, condo complex, church, etc. that needs a roof, get in the door and sell it. And get full commission for that giant project WITH a self-generated lead bonus!! Opportunity: Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to grow. The right individual will be able to show success, track sales, make improvements. Compensation: This is a commission-based sales position. You will receive a portion of your commission each Friday after signing a contract and collecting a deposit, and you will receive the balance of the commission when the job is complete. Our jobs have an average installation date 2-3 weeks after signing. Many other companies can take 6 months or more to install, that's a long time to wait for your commission! Bonuses: Annual bonuses depending on overall company performance. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided as well.
