We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Account Agent to join our expanding sales team in an office setting. As an AT&T Account Agent, you will deliver tailored connectivity solutions, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. As a trusted advisor, you will guide individuals and businesses toward wireless and Internet services aligned with their needs, usage patterns, and long-term objectives. AT &T Account Agent Responsibilities: * Act as a results-oriented AT&T Account Agent by promoting and selling AT&T's high-speed wireless and Internet services through direct customer interaction. * Deliver engaging, customized sales presentations that clearly communicate the value and competitive advantages of AT&T's products and services. * Align service plans and pricing options with individual customer needs to maximize sales satisfaction, optimize usage, and increase conversion rates. * Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and loyal customers, fostering relationships that drive brand loyalty and recurring sales revenue. * Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly and professionally, using each interaction to reinforce trust in the AT&T brand and encourage repeat business. * Track and analyze personal sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets. * Share customer insights and market feedback with leadership to help refine sales strategies and improve overall team performance. AT &T Account Agent Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-focused roles preferred. * This is a full-time; in office position * Prior experience in an AT&T-related role is a strong advantage. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. * Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. * Ability to travel locally within an assigned territory to engage with customers and support account growth.
