Full description of the position

Job Summary: Our boxing studio is looking for a manager with strong sales and customer service skills, communication, and coaching skills. Approximately 25-30 hours a week (evenings). Additional hours available if interested in coaching as well. $20-25 per hour plus commission The person we want on our team looks like this: * Organized, a good problem solver, and has strong interpersonal skills * Really good at communicating and giving and receiving productive feedback * Someone who enjoys motivating others and is able to guide people to a sign-up for a membership * Self-motivated, disciplined, and good at effectively managing/motivating a team * Responsible, ready to work hard, and eager to exceed expectations * Lives a healthy, active lifestyle and is dedicated to helping others * Able to work weekends as needed Some job duties include: contacting and working with prospective members, scheduling trial workouts, teaching boxing classes, new member sign-ups (membership sales), detailed work in our CRM software, building relationships with current members and working on retention programs, maintaining products and gear in our ProShop and sales, managing gym staff and working with the owner(s) and corporate team, managing gym social media, and solid skills in phone calls, emails, documents, and spreadsheets. Company training and ongoing support provided. Boxing experience is a plus but is not required. We can teach you everything you need to know. We look forward to hearing from you!
