A&B Associates is a sales and business consulting firm scaling its AT&T operations in Westminster. The Entry Level Account Manager serves as the operational lead for a team, ensuring the principled execution of our wireless campaign. The Entry Level Account Manager will guide daily activities, develop talent, and maintain focus on connecting customers with the right AT&T devices. As an Entry Level Account Manager, your training centers on AT&T's smartphone products and frontline team operations. The Entry Level Account Manager learns to oversee daily tasks, guides peers on device recommendations, and supports account accuracy--building leadership capabilities grounded in product knowledge and customer trust. Responsibilities
:
- Supervise daily activities and participate in sales processes to ensure entry-level associates deliver accurate guidance on AT&T cell phones, service plans, promotions, and upgrade pathways.
- Coordinate account setup, activations, and device upgrades with precision and full compliance with AT&T policies and sales workflows.
- Provide actionable coaching and feedback that reinforces consultative sales techniques, clear plan explanations, and customerfirst communication.
- Monitor service and sales KPIs, validate data quality, align inventory statuses, and report insights to leadership to improve campaign performance.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns using structured troubleshooting flows and defined support channels to protect satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide team members and explain AT&T cell phone plans, features, and upgrades.
- Experience in customer support, retail, or sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscriptionbased industries.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset with problemsolving abilities to drive team success in fastpaced environments.
- Proficiency in sales platforms, reporting tools, and digital systems to manage AT&T accounts, track performance, and ensure compliance accuracy. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $49,500.00 - $61,000.00 per year
