This is an independent, commission-based leadership role for producers who want to build and lead a sales team while producing themselves. There is no salary and no pre-built team. You earn by selling, recruiting, and developing people who execute. What You 'll Do * Recruit and onboard independent sales agents * Lead daily and weekly activity blocks (calls, appointments, field work) * Coach agents on scripts, activity, and execution -- not theory * Produce personally while building team volume * Enforce standards, cadence, and accountability Qualifications * Proven sales production background * Experience leading, coaching, or developing people in a sales environment * Comfortable operating in a commission-only, performance-driven model * Strong communication and accountability skills * Eligible to obtain or already hold an insurance license Who This Is NOT For * Anyone seeking a salaried management role * Leaders who avoid personal production * HR, admin, or "people manager" profiles * Candidates uncomfortable with direct accountability Compensation & Structure * Commission-based with team override income * Uncapped earnings tied to personal and team output * Systems, scripts, and execution framework provided * No territory games, no inherited teams Location * In-person leadership and field presence required * Based in Sand Springs / Tulsa area If you want to lead from the front, build something real, and get paid on results , apply.
