Full description of the position

This is an independent, commission-based leadership role for producers who want to build and lead a sales team while producing themselves. There is no salary and no pre-built team. You earn by selling, recruiting, and developing people who execute. What You 'll Do

• Recruit and onboard independent sales agents
• Lead daily and weekly activity blocks (calls, appointments, field work)
• Coach agents on scripts, activity, and execution -- not theory
• Produce personally while building team volume
• Enforce standards, cadence, and accountability

Qualifications

• Proven sales production background
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing people in a sales environment
• Comfortable operating in a commission-only, performance-driven model
• Strong communication and accountability skills
• Eligible to obtain or already hold an insurance license Who This Is NOT For
