Job Description Leading liquid packaging machinery manufacturer in La Porte, Indiana is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the liquid packaging machinery industry, and is a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. This position will be responsible for developing new business within the assigned territory, and will report directly to the President of the company. Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales through new business * Identify and develop new business within assigned territory * Manage and execute sales strategy to achieve sales goals * Conduct regular door-to-door sales efforts to drive customer acquisition * Oversee existing customer accounts to ensure proper servicing and follow-up on existing customer requests or suggestions * Analyze current accounts to identify opportunities for new product launches, or market expansion, or market re-organization * Prepare sales presentations and forecasts for the Sales Manager, including forecast analysis, and financial projections Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including forecasting. * Other duties as assigned by the President of the company This position offers competitive base salary plus commission; flexible base salary with commission, PTO; 401k with employer match; medical insurance; dental insurance; life insurance; Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Experience: * B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
