Description: Mack Sales & Marketing is an Independent Rep Agency serving the Janitorial markets. We represent multiple floorcare-oriented manufactures over a 5-state area. Currently, we are looking to hire a Cleveland-area based Inside Sales Rep/Customer Service Associate. Specific Responsibilities: Full-time Customer Service and Inside Sales Associate needed to call on existing customers, follow up on new leads and support outside sales team as directed. Candidate should effectively communicate products to potential customers, problem-solve, make outgoing calls and be able to assist with office and warehouse duties. Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to: * Making and receiving calls to and from current customers * Cold calling to generate new business as needed * Ability to complete hands-on training in equipment and janitorial supplies * Support outside sales team through follow-up calls and email * Utilize and update CRM program (Customer Relationship Management) as needed * Hybrid position requiring work at the office as well as from home Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree and/or Military Experience * 3 Years sales, customer service and/or insides sales experience * Experience with CRM * Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with co-workers is a must * Excellent Time Management Skills * Strong interpersonal skills, with logical problem-solving abilities * Strong electronic communication skills Compensation: * Includes: Salary, commission, bonus, business expenses and health care insurance allowance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bedford, OH 44146
