Must be 21+ to apply for this position!! Art of Glass is looking to hire a Retail Sales Associate for our Amherst location. We do require that any applicants have a car. We have multiple locations, you may be required to travel between when needed. Main Location: * 3154 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, NY 14228 -Shift and Schedule flexibility. -We are looking for a candidate to work at least 30hrs a week. (Store Hours: M-SAT: 9am-10pm, SUN: 10am-10pm) It is preferred for candidates to have their own reliable form of transportation. Responsibilities include: * Greeting customers to identify individual needs & provide excellent customer service * Money handling to cash out customer transactions * Educating customers on products & services offered at AOG * Creating up sale opportunities during each sale, with every customer * Re-stocking inventory as needed & identifying when products need to be ordered * Investigating & resolving customer complaints in a positive and effective manner * Remaining up to date on product knowledge & the quickly growing industry * Ensuring store cleanliness & organization at all times * Opening & closing the location individually Qualifications include: * Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build rapport with existing clientele and bring in new customers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent math and pattern recognition skills * Strong negotiation & people skills; a patient, kind attitude * Professionalism; including respect for co-workers, management & clientele equally * Time-management skills * The desire & willingness to learn and grow with our company!
