The Liaison will be responsible for promoting our products through engaging demonstrations and analyzing market trends to drive sales success. Duties * Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote our products effectively. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties. * Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategies. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with potential clients. * Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company professionally. Requirements * Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. * Proficiency in conducting product demos that engage and inform potential clients. * Ability to analyze data critically to inform strategic decision-making processes. * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
