Full description of the position

As an In-House Sales Representative for water filtration systems at Reliable Services USA, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling water filtration products directly to consumers. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers via leads and working in stores, educating them about the benefits of water filtration systems, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities: * Become an expert on water filtration systems, understanding their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors' products. * Identify and generate potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, working in-stores, outbound calls, emails, and referrals. * Work in stores and travel to customer residences to provide live product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual customer needs to showcase the effectiveness, ease of use and value proposition in purchasing water filtration systems. * Prepare accurate price quotes and proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales with a focus on exceeding sales targets. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or concerns. * Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage customer information, and schedule follow-up activities. Qualifications: * 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. * Highly driven, self-motivated and goal oriented. * Ability to work independently and manage personal schedule. * Must be flexible with the ability to work off shift hours which may include evenings and weekends if needed. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools as well as computer skills.
