Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales CLOSER to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for punctually showing up to appointments that are already set for you, and closing the sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, a passion for sales growth, and a deep rooted want for being better. The Sales Closer will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and achieving company revenue goals. Duties * Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present suitable solutions * Follow up on appointments set by marketing teams, to convert prospects into paying customers * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat/referred business * Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing conversion rates * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client experience * Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our solutions Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of successfully closing deals * Sales experience in roofing/siding/windows/exterior construction industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly * Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team * Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in handling objections * Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools is preferred * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) 4% Match * Dental insurance * Paid training * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
