About the Role As a Beverage Sales & Service Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service to our valued customers. This role involves managing inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and driving sales growth through effective product placement and promotion. Your expertise in customer service and sales will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities * Deliver and replenish beverage products, ensuring proper rotation and display at customer locations. * Maintain cleanliness and functionality of beverage equipment, performing basic repairs and adjustments as needed. * Address and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the Area Sales Manager. * Manage invoices, inventory, and collections accurately and efficiently. * Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue per stop through strategic product placement and promotional activities. * Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the Area Sales Manager to improve service and offerings. * Support inventory cycle counts, warehouse duties, and other customer-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to pass a DOT physical. * Strong customer service and communication skills. Preferred Skills * Route delivery experience. * Foodservice industry experience. * Mechanical aptitude with hardware and software products. * Proficiency in assessing customer needs and identifying opportunities. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
