Job description Duties: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences * Provide information about available vehicles and their features * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities * Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers * Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages * Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales or customer service * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts * Knowledge of inventory control processes in a dealership setting * Ability to provide sales support to team members when needed At our dealership, we offer a competitive salary plus commission structure, providing you the opportunity to earn a substantial income.
